Bans Off Day of Action

July 9, 2022 @ 10:00 am 12:00 pm

On June 24th the Supreme Court of the United States overturned the landmark decision in Roe v. Wade.

For half a century, women and families have relied upon the protection of their medical privacy from government interference.

The decision of the Court to revoke this protection of privacy is devastating, as it will severely harm access to reproductive healthcare for many.

Join us and our partners in Bismarck as we fight for privacy and access to the reproductive healthcare we deserve.

The event will include speakers, swag, and helpful info on how you can take action. Let your voice be HEARD! We won't back down!

Agenda:

  • 10:00 a.m. | Poster making
  • 10:30 a.m. | Speakers on the State Library Steps
  • 11:00 a.m. | March on Capitol Mall

Can’t meet up in person? Join the fight from anywhere! Download our digital rally assets and show your support for reproductive freedom in North Dakota. Be sure to post a photo on social media and tag us! Use #OurBodiesOurFutures to keep the conversation going.

Please note that participation in in-person events carries risk of COVID-19 exposure, and particularly to unvaccinated individuals. Please consider your personal health risks and, if appropriate, consult with your personal health care provider before deciding to participate. Do not participate if you conclude that you would be putting yourself, your loved ones, or others with whom you are in regular contact at risk by doing so. This is a personal decision for which the ACLU is not responsible.
