House Concurrent Resolution 3013 would urge the United States Supreme Court to establish marriage as between a man and a woman.

House Bill 1144 would prevent K-12 public schools from having all-gender bathrooms, including those that are single occupancy. Schools that don’t comply with the law, should it pass, would be fined $2,500 per violation.

House Bill 1199 would formalize an interagency task force to fill the communications gap between federal, state, tribal, and local justice officials in regards to missing and murdered Indigenous people.

House Bill 1217 would repeal the North Dakota law that criminalizes the willful transfer of body fluid containing the HIV virus.

House Bill 1222 would require public school students to recite the Pledge of Allegiance each morning.

House Bill 1373 would define a human being to include an unborn child in state laws relating to murder, assault, and wrongful death lawsuits. The bill also would establish that an unborn child exists at the moment of fertilization.

House Bill 1456 would encourage local school districts to allow chaplains in our public schools and provide funding in order to do so.

House Bill 1477 would protect fertility treatments, like IVF, in North Dakota.

House Bill 1478 would protect access to contraception in North Dakota.
