Like you, we at the ACLU of North Dakota have been watching closely as COVID-19 news changes by the hour.

Make your voice heard by heading to the polls on June 9 (primary election) or Nov. 3 (general election), or turning your absentee ballot into your local county auditor’s office before Election Day.

From policing, prosecution and pretrial hearings, to sentencing, confinement, and release, every aspect of the system must come under intense scrutiny for how it responds to this once-in-a-lifetime national public health crisis.

The Census is a brief survey the Census Bureau sends to every household in the country every 10 years.  It is required by the Constitution to count every living person in the United States, regardless of citizenship or immigration status.
