UPDATED: ACLU of North Dakota Comments in Opposition to the Petition to Terminate the Special Provision of Legal Services by Qualified Attorneys Outside of North Dakota

The ACLU of North Dakota submitted comments on a judges' petition to end a provision allowing legal services by out-of-state attorneys for defendants with pending criminal cases related to the DAPL protests in 2016.
